This is me: Stefan Ester
I stand for authentic leadership by example. My career path began in craftsmanship and led me through positions as a factory representative at one of the world’s largest agricultural machinery manufacturers, to managing director of 400 employees, to division manager of an agricultural trading group with 6,500 employees.
Under my responsibility and leadership, hundreds of salespeople were developed to achieve double-digit million-euro sales. As a leader and in my honorary function as guild master, I guided more than 300 apprentices to their profession and subsequent success over 10 years.
True to the motto ‚from practice, for practice,‘ I now convey lived success knowledge in mentoring, training, and presentations. I know how to provide effective impulses for successful leadership across hierarchies and to put myself in different positions. I encourage authentic leadership and establishing a positive error culture.
